When you make your selection, our representative will measure and estimate each window individually and provide you with a full estimate free of charge and no obligation. If you will be satisfied with the representative’s knowledge and quality of our products and decides to use our services, we will provide you with an easily understandable contract that outlines all the work needed and has no hidden charges or fees.
Following the signing and registration of the contract, our installation team will make an appointment and arrive to your home to re-measure each window for production sizes, so that we may provide you with a custom built windows and doors for each opening.
Our head office will make an appointment for installation and make sure that the date is convenient for you.
After the completion of installation, our installers will clean up the work area and remove all the replaced windows.
All of our products come with registered lifetime transferable warranty. We are registerd with all major associations, such as “Energy Star”, “ SAWDAC” and “BBB”.
For any questions you may have after the installation, our service department is available seven days a week.
